My French conversation classes online are designed for intermediate, intermediate-advanced and advanced learners who want to:

  • Master standard spoken French for everyday conversations
  • Explore French culture and current affairs through curated videos and articles
  • Strengthen vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation for real-life situations
  • Apply previous learning with targeted feedback
  • Learn from mistakes in a supportive environment

How the Course Works

  • 1 hour of interactive live lesson

    In each live Zoom session, you will:

    • Boost fluency through engaging, interactive conversations

    • Take part in group discussions with fellow French learners

    • Receive high-quality feedback from a native French speaker with 20 years’ teaching experience

  • 2 hours of immersive language practice

    Before each live lesson, you’ll work through flexible, self-paced activities:

    • Videos

    • Articles

    • Vocabulary building

    • Grammar practice

    • Pronunciation exercises

  • Mistakes welcome – That’s how we learn!

    Even after 19 years in the UK, I still make mistakes in English — and that’s okay!
    You’ll receive constructive, encouraging feedback to help you:

    • Notice what works in your French

    • Learn how to correct recurring mistakes

    • Overcome common speaking challenges

INTERMEDIATE:

Mondays 9:30-10:30AM *

Wednesdays 6-7 PM*

Review the basics and become more independent in spoken French.

ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE :

Mondays 6-7 PM *

Enhance your fluency and gain confidence in real conversations.

ADVANCED:

Mondays 7:15 – 8:15PM*

Deepen your understanding of spoken French and refine your expression.

Small Groups for Maximum Speaking Time

  • Limited to 12 students per class
  • Practice in small breakout groups of 2–3 people
  • £85 for a 10-week course
  • Includes 1-hour live Zoom class + around 2 hours of self-paced online activities each week
